
Sindh Government ha postpone the intermediate exams by 5 days due to rise in temperature across the province.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, approved the request from provisional Minister of Universities and Boards Muhammad Ali Malkani, to delay the exams across the province.
The exams were initially scheduled to commence on May 22, now have been rescheduled to conduct from May 27.
It should be noted that, different parts of Sindh, including Karachi experiencing extreme heat since few weeks and the temperature is expected to increase further in forthcoming days.
According to reports, the temperature is likely to increase 4 to 6 degree Celsius from May 21 till 23 and 6 to 8 degree Celsius from 23till 27 May in Punjab and Sindh.
The advisory urged authorities to remain alert and take precautionary measures to deal with the heatwave spell.
