A private Airline travelling from Islamabad to Skardu avoid a disaster just after taking off from Islamabad International Airport.
According to the reports, the flight captain addressed the Air Traffic Controller (ATC), that the landing gear of the aircraft is failed to retract after takeoff. The plane makes two loops in the sky before landing safely back at Islamabad International Airport. Following the incident, the flight PA-251 was subsequently canceled.
Furthermore, a technical issue disrupted the schedule of flight ER-807, that was set to takeoff from Islamabad to Riyadh at at 3:30 pm on Thursday. “Just before takeoff the aircraft’s tires brust, the passengers were safely taken to the lounge while the technical team worked on resolving the issue with the plane.”
