Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has officially announced the schedule of Eid holidays 2024. According to the reports, all the PIA offices will remain closed from June 17 till June 18 in accounts of Eid-ul-Adha festivities.
The notification specifies that, administrative offices will remain close while employees working on shifts and those who are in operations department will continue to serve, to ensure the important services and operations to sustain without any interruption.
The announcement comes following the decision from Federal Government to permit the three days holiday for Eid.
PM Shahbaz Shareef approved the summary which was initially suggested by Cabinet Division.
There will be a total of five consecutive days off for Eid-ul-Adha fetivities including Saturday and Sunday.
