Mubashir Luqman Accuses Pakistani Cricketers For Match-Fixing

Senior Pakistani Journalist Mubashir Luqman has alleged Babar Azam and other team players for match-fixing after their exit from T20 WorldCup 2024.

Mubashir Luqman claimed that Babar Azam bought Audi worth Rs. 8 crore, yet he claimed that it was gift from hus brother which was suspicious at the time.

Lucman also named Shaheen Shah Afridi, Wahab Riaz, Shahid Afridi, Inzimam-ul-Haq, Mushtaq Ahmed and Saqlain Mushtaq were all involved in match-fixing at some point in their career.

“I tried to investigate what his brother does to own such an expensive car for the cricketer, but I found out that he did nothing of value,” said Mubashir Luqman.

Futhermore he added, ” that Pakistani Cricket Team purposely lost the the match against USA and India and in return made alot of money through which they have bought apartments in Australia and Dubai.

The Journalist also claimed that 8 players of ICC ODI Cricket World Cup said that they would not perform on purposeand also highlighted ‘Saya Coorporation’ that that used the players in blackmailing the Pakistan Cricket Board during that World Cup.

According to his sources, these players have signed the central contracts worth Rs. 60 lacs per month and signed endorsements and sponsorships after blackmailing PCB. He also shared taht, grouping in the team has started since November.

Currently, there is no solid proves of these allegations and the accused Cricketers are well within their rights to sue for defamation if there is no concrete evidence.
