The Punjab Government has introduced new prices of wheat and flour across the province.
In Lahore and Rawalpindi the new price of 20 kg bag of flour is set at 1840 rupees, however the price of wheat in Lahore is fixed at Rs. 3000 per 40 kg and Rs. 3050 per 40 kg in Rawalpindi.
In Sargodha, Toba Tek Singh and Faisalabad the 40 kg bag of wheat is selling at Rs. 2850, whereas the in Bahawalnagar, Laiyaa, Rajanpur, Muzaffarghrah and Bhakkar the price of wheat is set at Rs. 2800/ 40 kg.
The increased price of wheat in Mandi Bahuddin, Wazirabad, Hafizabad and Multan is fixed at Rs. 2900 per 40 kg while in Rahim-Yar-Khan, Khushab and Chiniot the price of wheat will be 2850 per 40 kg.
The price of 20 kg bag of flour in Jehlum and Attock has been set at Rs.1,820, whaereas in Chakwal, Kasur and Sheikhupura the price of 20 kg bag of flour is set at Rs. 1,780.
