Cattle Market Location Announced For Eid-ul-Adha 2024

Eid-ul-Adha, a festival of sacrifice, that is celebrated every year by Muslims from all over the world. The festival is characterized by Qurbani animals such as sheep, goat, cow and camel. For this purpose, BAKRA MANDIS are setup for buying and selling.

The Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation has sanctioned the establishment of atleast 6 cattle markets in the capital for Bakra Eid 2024.

“As per sources three major markets will be setup in Sangjani, I-15 and I-12”. Additionally the rest of three markets will be located at Bara Kahu, Islamabad Expressway and Sultana Foundation.

Markets will operate from 1st to 13th of ZILHAJJ and will charge Rs. 250 for small and Rs. 500 for large animals.
