Hazim Bangwar is a civil servant, got famous from his extravagant attire. He is very professional towards his work and citizen of Karachi admired his work and efforts for the province.
The officer was recently seen at Hum Style Award show, he was spotted wearing Met Gala inspired outfit. Though, he walked very confidently on the Red Carpet, but got badly trolled by the public.
Ex-minister Fawad Chaudhary said that this is not appropriate for a civil servant to be dressed like this:
